Oak Lodge is Moving!

We can now confirm we are set to move to a new, larger facility. The relocation, prompted by the redevelopment of the Chilterns Centre, marks a significant upgrade that promises a secure future and expanded opportunities for our clients and their families.

More Space, More Activities

The new location, conveniently situated close to the town centre, will provide a bigger space, allowing Oak Lodge to accommodate more individuals and offer an even wider array of activities. This expansion aligns with our mission to promote independence and life skills in a supportive, fun, and inclusive environment.

Big Plans

Centre Manager, Charlie Ives, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “We are very excited about this next step for Oak Lodge. As well as the opportunity to serve more clients, we can significantly expand the range of activities we do. We have big plans to incorporate the latest thinking around day centres and provide a number of specialist areas.”

A Secure Future

A lot has been going on in the background for many months to make this happen but we are very pleased to be able to announce it this week in light of Buckinghamshire Council's recent decision to close several adult day centres. By purchasing the new property, Oak Lodge Day Centres' CEO Shaf Ali ensures a stable future for their clients. “Having served the High Wycombe community since 2018, our commitment to the well-being of the individuals we serve remains our top priority.  By purchasing the property for Oak Lodge’s new home we can offer a secure future for our clients and families. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our new home at the end of the year.”
