CEO 

Shaf has over 20 years of experience working within the healthcare sector, including setting up Oak Lodge back in 2018. Shaf identified a demand from the local community for a skills hub for adults with disabilities to support independent living.

"Oak Lodge's impact extends far beyond just families and guardians, it extends to the entire local community. I hope to see continued growth and opportunities for Oak Lodge and its clients, bringing its invaluable support to even more individuals throughout Buckinghamshire."

Operations Manager

Nikki has 25+ years of hands-on experience assisting CEOs, evolving over time encompassing management of various projects, within the last 2 years overseeing the Operations at Oak Lodge.

Charlie

Care Manager

Charlie has 15+ years of experience in the care setting. She has worked in various playschemes and day centres for children and adults with LD, ASD, MH and additional needs around the Bucks area as well managing Residential and Supported Living Services.

Lou

Senior Support Worker

Lou has been working in the care sector for 10+ years, in a variety of roles and settings. She brings with her a knowledge of providing bespoke care and her last role as a Lifestyle Coordinator makes her the perfect person to see each person’s potential, working closely with the team to make this a reality.

"Oak Lodge is fun, warm and friendly. It's so lovely to see the clients gain independence through achieving their goals and participating in meaningful activities."
