The relocation marks a major milestone in our history, moving from the Chiltern Centre to this larger, more modern facility. This essential move ensures the continuation and expansion of services for its clients for years to come, and having purchased the building we know we are secure.
The new centre boasts:
· Breakout spaces
· Indoor garden area
· Large personal care room
· IT Suite
· Art & Craft room
· Skills rooms
· Laundry room
· Recycling zone
· Faux bedroom

“It was a joy to attend the opening of Oak Lodge’s new premises and hear how the building will enhance their services. I loved chatting with staff and clients about how activities such as arts and crafts help build life skills and independence.”
The opening event included a tour of the new facilities with Emma adding her contribution to the Oak Lodge Sensory Mural, where all clients, staff and guests are encouraged to add their own item to make a real community creation.

Emma, having visited us at the Chiltern Centre, also marvelled at the amount of natural light the new location provides, even on a grim December day.
Our new ramp has the seal of approval from the clients already.
